My last toner review was at the expensive end so this time I’ve gone in totally the opposite direction and chosen a budget option.
This is Simple’s Kind To Skin Soothing Facial Toner and comes in at about £3 for 200ml but you can find it for less depending on the shop.
This toner contains none of the ‘bad’ kinds of alcohol (although some online ingredients lists incorrectly state that it contains witch hazel distillate which it does not and miss out other ingredients entirely) and contains helpful ingredients such as panthenol and niacinamide.
I’ve dispensed some of mine into a spray bottle so I have the choice of spritzing or using it in the more traditional way on a cotton pad.
